Mr. Vivarth Dosar, Managing Partner
Fellow Company Secretary and Law Graduate

Mr. Vivarth Dosar is an fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and managing partner of the firm having vast knowledge of corporates laws and having an experience of interaction with different Government Bodies and Authorities like Registrar of Companies, Regional Directors, Depositories, Registrar & Share Transfer Agents, Depository Participants, Stock Exchanges, Official Liquidator and other allied professionals and agencies. Initially, he was associated with one of a reputed professional firm serving in different areas like Merger, Takeover, Secretarial and Listing Compliances. Thereafter he was provided an opportunity to provide his services and share his knowledge and experience to list the securities at the SME Platform of Bombay Stock Exchange as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. He further joined Law Firm where he experienced the Drafting of Agreements, Petitions, Due-Diligence, Secretarial Audit, and Appearance before the Government Authorities etc. In a very short period of time, he has worked in a different projects and areas thereby having a wide experience in the phrase of compliances and keen to serve his services to the corporate word in a better and complained manner.

Mr. Abhishek Pandey is an fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Bachelor in Law and associate partner of the firm. He has rich experience and exposure of corporate and other allied law. He has a quality of ensuring and establishing the compliance management system in the organization by complying the secretarial, legal, finance and other various applicable laws. He has vide experience of incorporation of different kinds of entities like, Profit Motive Companies, Non Profit Organization, Nidhi Companies, Limited Liability Partnership, Trust, Society, Partnership Firms etc. and well versed in drafting and vetting of agreements, contracts, Memorandum of Understandings, Non Disclosures Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Deeds and appearance before the Court. Further, he has worked for Rikvin Pte. Limited, a premier corporate secretarial firm in Singapore, where he served his professional services in ensuring the compliance of Singapore Laws and provided his consultancy over compliance of Laws of the land as well.

Mr. Jitin Khanna is a Fellow Member of ICMAI and have completed Advance Diploma from Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) and Diploma in Strategic Development from Indian Institute of management (IIM), Rohtak. He is diversified personality of our organization more focused for providing focus approach as a Business Consultant for our clients. He has worked with various listed corporates engaged in different industries and played a key role of an effective leader in Identification, Planning & Implementation of Improved decision-making process in various areas such as Finance, Taxation, Costing, Funds Management, Risk Management and has been one of a key member of Strategic Development planning organization.
